Using VALUEpilot

Notes:

- This is an additional module that requires special licensing. Please contact Audatex for more information.

- If configured, the system will get a value corridor automatically when you send the case to another user.

VALUEpilot allows you to determine the value corridor for a vehicle. A value corridor is a replacement value range rather than a single replacement value. The corridor is based on historical data and current market offerings from leading online automotive markets and can help when assessing the accuracy of a valuation performed using the Valuation Manager and total loss decisions.

Before using VALUEpilot to determine the value corridor, it is strongly recommended that you fully identify the case vehicle in the Universal Search Tree and configure vehicle equipment because the level of vehicle identification directly influences the accuracy of the results. Refer to Identifying a Vehicle Using the Universal Search Tree (UST) for more information.

It is also recommended that you perform either a short or long vehicle valuation using VALUEpilot. Refer to Using the Valuation Manager.
