Adding Details of Special and Non-assessed Parts
Having entered mandatory and optional vehicle information in the Mandatory tab you can continue with the long valuation by adding details of special and non-assessed parts (description needed). If necessary, you can also edit and delete entries already added to the list.
Adding Details
- Click the Special tab.
- Select the type of special part from the Type drop-down box.
- Enter a description of the special part in the Description field.
- Click OK to add the details to the list. A new entry is added to the list.
- If you wish to perform the long valuation with just this additional information, click the Mandatory data tab and click Valuate. If you wish to enter further information for the valuation, click another tab.
Editing Details
Note: You may have to filter the list to find the correct entry. By default the system groups entries into sets of 10. Filter the list by either selecting a group of entries from the drop-down box provided, or click Previous / Next to view the previous or next group of 10 entries.
- Click the Special tab.
- Click
against the entry in the list you wish to edit. - Edit values and make new selections as required.
- Click
- Save to store values.
- Reset. This clears all fields/resets to default values or restores all information to a previous save, un-doing any changes you made.
Deleting Details
- Click the Special tab.
- Click
against the entry in the list you wish to delete. The entry is removed from the list.
