Working with Attachments

You can attach documents and images to a case that can then be viewed by other parties in the claims process. Once you have added an attachment, there are a number of things you can do:

  • Select attachments - this defines which attachments are included when you send a case or send a vehicle to auction. Refer to Selecting Attachments.
  • Copy attachments - this is useful if you wish to edit an image but retain a copy of the original. Refer to Copying Attachments.
  • View a slideshow of images attached to the case. Refer to Viewing an Image Slideshow.
  • Edit image attachment by adding annotations and text. Refer to Editing Images.
  • If you are using attachment categories, you can move attachments from one category to another. Refer to Moving Attachments.
