Selecting Attachments

If configured, you can select which attachments to include when sending a case. You select attachments in the Categorised Attachments / Attachments page.

  1. Navigate to the Open list.
  2. Open the case by clicking view case in the Actions column.
  3. Click Categorised Attachments / Attachments from the menu bar.
  4. Select the attachments you wish to include. You can:

    - Click the tickbox against individual attachments.

    - Click Select/Deselect All in a category to include/exclude all the attachments in that category.

    - Click Select/Deselect All at the bottom of the page to include/exclude all the case attachments.

  5. Click:

    - Save Selection to confirm and save selections.

    - Reset to restore the previously saved selections.
