Deleting Attachments

If configured, the system will prevent you from deleting attachments of certain file types.

1. Navigate to the Open list.
2. Open the case by clicking in the Actions column.
3. Click Categorised Attachments / Attachments from the menu bar.
4. Delete attachments as required.

Delete Individual Attachments

1. Click / Delete against the file you want to delete.
2. At the prompt click:

   - OK to delete.

   - Cancel to cancel the delete.

Delete Multiple Attachments

1. Click Select / Deselect All to select all attachments.
2. Click Delete Selected Files.
