Retrieving Bids

Fetching

  1. Click Vehicle Auction from the menu bar.
  2. Click Retrieve bids in the Available Auctions tab.

Notes:

- When you retrieve bids from the vehicle auction, the system automatically generates a PDF report that includes all of the auction details. This report is stored in the Categorised Attachments page as a case attachment.

- The highest bid is displayed first.

- Click the option button against a bid to mark it as your preferred bid.
