Creating a Valuation Report

You can create a PDF report containing the details of the last short and long valuations you performed. If configured, when you create a report, you can choose whether to save it as an attachment, which can then be viewed by other parties in the claims process.

If you choose to enter you own replacement vehicle value in the Vehicle Data page, it will be this value that is shown your coversheet.

Short Valuation

To create a report containing the details of the short valuation, you will need to select Calculation as the print template.

1. Click Print at the top of the page.
2. Select Calculation as the print format.
3. Select a calculation from the Calculation drop-down box.
   • Depending on your configuration, you might only be able to select the last performed calculation.
4. Select an attachment category from the Store Report drop-down box.
5. If configured, you can edit the default attachment filename. Simply click in the Filename field and enter the desired filename.
6. Click:

   - Generate PDF to create the report.

   - Cancel to close the dialog box without generating the report.

Long Valuation

1. Click Print at the top of the page.
2. Select Valuation as the print format.
3. You can also include a calculation in your report by selecting a calculation from the Calculation drop-down box. If there is more than one calculation, the system will automatically select the last calculation viewed in the Calculation Output page, as denoted by .
4. Select an attachment category from the Store Report drop-down box.
5. If configured, you can edit the default attachment filename. Simply click in the Filename field and enter the desired filename.
6. Click:

   - Generate PDF to create the report.

   - Cancel to close the dialog box without generating the report.

Notes:

- For more information about creating reports, refer to Creating and Printing Reports.

- In certain configurations, typically where you do not have the possibility to store attachments in categories (for users with Attachments page), the option to select an attachment category from the Store Report drop-down box and edit the attachment filename in the Filename field are not displayed.
