Accepting, Rejecting and Forwarding Cases in Your Inbox

Cases you receive from other users in the claims and repair process are displayed either in the Inbox or in the Open list.

Inbox

If you have an Inbox, any cases you receive from other users will be placed in this list. You must accept responsibility for each case before you can start work on it. Of course, you can reject responsibility for a case or forward to another user.

Note: If configured, the system displays * to show that you have received a new case.

Open List

If you do not have an Inbox, any cases you receive from other users will be placed in this list. You can start work on these cases straight away.

Note: In some configurations, the system automatically accepts responsibility and place cases directly in the recipient's Open list.
