Forwarding Cases in Your Inbox
- Navigate to your Inbox.
- Click
in the Actions column against the case you want to forward.- To forward multiple cases, select the tickbox for each case you wish to forward, click
at the top of the Case Manager and click OK.
- Click
to open your address book. - Select a recipient.
- You can read details of how to search for recipients in your address book by clicking here.
- If necessary, enter a message in the field provided. You might wish to explain, for example, the reasons for forwarding the case.
- Click Send. The case is moved to your Sent list.
Note: In some configurations, typically where you have the access rights to see the cases of other users in your organisation, the system will prevent you from forwarding multiple cases in your Inbox.
