Rejecting Cases in Your Inbox

  1. Navigate to your Inbox.
  2. Click reject resp in the Actions column against the case you wish to reject.
    • To reject multiple cases, select the tickbox for cases you wish to reject and click reject resp at the top of the Case Manager.
  3. Select or enter a reason for rejection. If configured, this reason is sent to the sender of the case.
  4. Click Send.

Note: In some configurations, typically where you have the access rights to see the cases of other users in your organisation, the system will prevent you from rejecting multiple cases in your Inbox.
