Accepting Cases in Your Inbox

  1. Navigate to your Inbox.
  2. Click accept resp in the Actions column against the case you wish to accept.
    • To accept multiple cases, select the tickbox for cases you wish to accept and click accept resp at the top of the Case Manager.
  3. Select or enter an acceptance reason. If configured, this reason is sent to the sender of the case.
  4. Click Send.

Notes:

- If configured, the system will automatically accept responsibility for you and place cases directly in your Open list.

- In some configurations, typically where you have the access rights to see the cases of other users in your organisation, the system will prevent you from accepting multiple cases in your Inbox.
