Recalling a Case

If configured, you can recall a case that has not been accepted by the recipient. Once recalled, the system will place the case in your Open list, which you can then send to another recipient.

You cannot recall a case if the system automatically accepts responsibility for cases sent to you or if this has been configured for the recipient or its organisation. You also cannot recall multiple cases.

  1. Navigate to your Sent list.
  2. Click recall case against the case you wish to recall.
  3. At the prompt, click:

    - OK to confirm the recall.

    - Cancel to return to your Sent list without recalling the case.
