Unlocking the Calculation List

If the system is configured to only show the last calculation performed and that calculation contains an error, you can access a list of all calculations performed for the case and activate a different one. You will then need to re-calculate repair costs; the system will take the input (damage capturing, labour costs, etc) from the calculation you activated to perform the calculation.

To unlock the list of calculations you must contact Allianz Support for a password.

  1. Click Calculation output from the menu bar.
  2. Click Unlock Calculation List. The Password Authentication dialog box opens.
  3. Enter the password supplied by Allianz Support.
  4. Click OK. The full list of calculations is now shown in the Calculation Output page.
  5. Click the calculation you wish to activate.
    • After activating a calculation, the preview window will be empty because the original calculation (last performed) is no longer active for the case.
  6. Return to the Calculation Options page to re-calculate repair costs. See Performing the Calculation. You can re-capture vehicle damage before doing so if necessary.
    • If you unlock a calculation but do not re-calculate repair costs, when you return to the case, the last performed calculation will be the active one.
