Moving Standard Equipment to Optional Equipment

If an additional sum was paid for a standard piece of equipment, you can move it from the Standard equipment tab to the Optional equipment tab.

1. Click the Standard equipment tab.
2. Click against the standard equipment you wish to move to optional equipment.
3. Enter the price for the equipment. You can also enter a negative price to denote that the piece of equipment is missing.
4. Click:

   - Accept to confirm. The equipment is moved from the Standard equipment to the Optional equipment tab.

   - Cancel to return to the Standard Equipment tab without moving the equipment.

   • The system displays details of this move in the Overview tab. In this tab, you can also see whether a positive or negative price was entered for the piece of equipment by looking in the Art Code column. A denotes that a positive price was entered, F that a negative price was entered.

Moving Optional Equipment to Standard Equipment

If a piece of optional equipment was included as standard and therefore an additional price was not paid, the optional piece of equipment can be moved from the Optional equipment tab to the Standard equipment tab.

1. Click the Optional equipment tab.
2. Click against the optional equipment you wish to move to standard equipment. The equipment is moved from the Optional equipment to the Standard equipment tab.
   • The system displays details of this operation in the Overview tab. The system displays S in the Art Code column to denote equipment moved from the optional equipment to standard equipment.
