Using AudaPadWeb With AudaPadPro
If you want to work on a case in AudaPadPro you must first mark it for download to AudaPadPro. In some configurations, any new cases assigned to you will be automatically marked for download, but you can also mark any other AudaPadWeb cases you need.
When you perform a synchronisation, the cases marked in AudaPadWeb will be downloaded to your Open list in AudaPadPro. Refer to the help for AudaPadPro for more information about performing a synchronisation.
Notes:
- When a case is downloaded to AudaPadPro, it is locked in AudaPadWeb. 
displays against the case in AudaPadWeb to show that case contents are locked and cannot be edited. This ensures that a case can only be worked on in one place at any one time. However, with the correct administrative rights, you can unlock these cases and reassign them. Refer to Unlocking and Reassigning Cases for more information.
- When you download a case that has been assigned to you by an insurer, the case will lose its new status and the 
icon will disappear from the AVDC column.
