Entering Labour Rates, Paint Rates and ID Block Codes Manually

Note: If you have already performed a calculation and have since made changes to either rates or IDBCs, you must re-calculate. If you do not do so, the system will notify you in both the Calculation options and Calculation output pages that this is necessary. In addition, will display against the Calculation output page in the menu bar.

How you enter rates and ID Block Codes depends on whether you have a Partnership drop-down box or a set of address fields for entering the details of a bodyshop.

1. Navigate to the Open list.
2. Open the case by clicking in the Actions column.
3. Click Labour rates from the menu bar.
4. Enter labour rates, paint rates and IDBCs:

   Entering rates and IDBCs with Partnerships drop-down box.

   Entering rates and IDBCs with address fields.

5. When you have finished entering rates and IDBCs, click Save.
   • If you made changes and wish to undo these changes, click Reset. This clears all fields and restores default values. If you previously saved, clicking Reset will restore all values to the previous save.
