Defining Labour Rates, Paint Rates and ID Block Codes
Labour rates, paint rates and ID Block Codes (IDBCs) are used in the calculation of repair costs and are entered in the Labour Rates page.
In a default configuration, you will have the option of manually entering your own rates and IDBCs or selecting a contract, partnership or community with pre-defined rates and IDBCs.
Note: In some configurations, the rates and IDBCs defined by a contract, partnership or community are fixed and you cannot change them. In other configurations, you can make changes.
