Customising the System

If configured, you can customise the information that displays in each list and certain application features. Depending on configuration, you can customise:

  • Columns Shown in the Case Lists - determines which columns will display in the Open, Sent, Closed and Archived lists.
  • Columns Shown in the Inbox - determines which columns will display in the Inbox.
  • Other Settings - Click here for an explanation of these settings.

  1. Click Customisation at the top of the Case Manager.
  2. Modify settings as required.
  3. Click:

    - Save to confirm your changes.

    - Cancel to revert settings to the previous save.
