Remove all the download marks of the messages

Default sort order in lists

Sort list items using the default sort order (last first).

Enable APS

Use APS for damage capturing.

Enable OnePad

Use OnePad for damage capturing.

Enable AuroraPad Applet.

If OnePad has been selected as the damage capturing tool, you can select to use the application as a Web application.

Layout

Colour scheme of the system and the size and appearance of page objects such as buttons, icons, and text.

Number of items per page

Number of cases per page in each list.

Number of users in address book

Number of users/organisations per page in the address book.

Quick Accept

Responsibility for incoming cases is accepted automatically and the case is placed in the Open List.

Default Back Time

Date range to use when displaying items in the various list. You can select, for example, to display all items, cases and messages from the last year or last month.

Default Start Page

Which list, Inbox or Open, displays first when you login.

Select predefined size for pdf report window or chose custom using preview window.

Height, width and position of the window used to display PDF reports. You have three options.

(1) Enter your own size and position in the field provided (height,width,x position, y position). For example, 640,480,0,0 will create a window 640 by 480 and in the top-left hand corner of the screen.

(2) Select a size and position from the drop-down box. For example, you might select Maximum to set the window to fill the screen.

(3) Click Select size, resize and reposition the window and then click Select size in the window.

Note: Which settings you can see and modify depends on the configuration of the system.
