Performing Actions on Individual List Items

You can use the buttons in the Actions column to perform actions on individual list items. Simply click one of the following buttons against the desired case.

Open a case:

view case

Print case details:

print selected cases button

Create a new case by copying another:

copy case

Close a case:

Close case button

Re-open a case:

reopen case

Accept responsibility for a case:

accept resp

Reject responsibility for a case:

reject resp

Reassign a case to another user:

Recall a case that has not been accepted by the recipient:

recall case

Read a case related message:

read message

Permanently remove a case related message:

delete

Archive a case:

archive case

View pool details:

view pool

Manually perform a calculation rules check:

Unlock a case:

unlock selected cases

Send a case to a back office system. Case must first be prepared:

prepare to sendù

Print Repair Cost Acceptance (RCA) form:

print RCA

Note: The configuration of the system determines which buttons display in each list.
