Entering Administrative Data

The pages you can enter administrative data into are indicated in the table below. In some pages, you can copy information from other pages, rather than entering the same information a second time. To do so, simply make a selection from the Copy from drop-down box.

Mandatory Fields

In some pages, certain fields are mandatory. These fields are marked mandatory arrow. Usually, the system will prevent you from moving to another page if you have not completed all mandatory fields, although this depends on your configuration. The system will also prevent you from performing certain tasks, for example, sending a case, if any pages contain empty mandatory fields.

New Cases

If you create a new case, you must complete all of the mandatory fields on the page before moving on to other case tasks.
