Adding and Printing CommentsPublic and Private CommentsPublic Public comments are visible by all users involved in the case. If you send a case to another user, the comment will be visible in the list of comments and if configured in the Event Log. The system will display the message New Notifications underneath the comments button if there are new public comments in the case. Private Private comments are only visible to the user that added the private comment and users in your organisation that have the rights to see or edit your cases. For users in your organisation without these rights and users outside of your organisation private are not visible. This means that if you send a case to another, it will not be visible in the list of comments or the Event Log.
