Creating a Calculation Report
You can create a PDF report containing the details of the repair cost calculation. If configured, you can choose which calculation to base the report on, otherwise, you will only be able to create a report based on the last performed calculation.
If configured, when you create a report, you can choose whether to save it as an attachment, which can then be viewed by other parties in the claims process.
- Click Print at the top of the page.
- Select Calculation as the print format.
- Select a calculation from the Calculation drop-down box.
- Depending on your configuration, you might only be able to select the last performed calculation.
- Select an attachment category from the Store Report drop-down box.
- If configured, you can edit the default attachment filename. Simply click in the Filename field and enter the desired filename.
- Click:
- Generate PDF to create the report.
- Cancel to close the dialog box without generating the report.
