Creating a Calculation Report

You can create a PDF report containing the details of the repair cost calculation. If configured, you can choose which calculation to base the report on, otherwise, you will only be able to create a report based on the last performed calculation.

If configured, when you create a report, you can choose whether to save it as an attachment, which can then be viewed by other parties in the claims process.

  1. Click Print at the top of the page.
  2. Select Calculation as the print format.
  3. Select a calculation from the Calculation drop-down box.
    • Depending on your configuration, you might only be able to select the last performed calculation.
  4. Select an attachment category from the Store Report drop-down box.
  5. If configured, you can edit the default attachment filename. Simply click in the Filename field and enter the desired filename.
  6. Click:

    - Generate PDF to create the report.

    - Cancel to close the dialog box without generating the report.
