Getting Approval For Repair Costs
To get approval for repair costs you must send the case to the user responsible for approving the calculation. Before sending the case, you must make sure that all mandatory fields are filled.
Some organisations have specific requirements for information that must be provided to get approval. These include:
- Repair cost calculation.
- Images of vehicle damage.
- Information about the case, e.g. claim number, license plate number, vehicle mileage.
If information required by the approving organisation is not provided, the case will be automatically returned to you for correction. You can refer to the case comments for the reason why the case was returned to you.
