Smart Filter

When you click , the system creates a filter and applies it to the current list. A message displays on the page to inform you that the list is being filtered: Filters have been applied!

In addition, displays to indicate that the system is filtering the list. You can de-activate the filter by clicking this icon. You can re-activate the filter, using the same search criteria, at any stage by clicking .

Notes:

- Each time you click Search, the system creates a new filter from the search criteria.

- When you navigate to a different list, the system automatically disables the Smart Filter. You must click to re-activate the filter for the chosen list.

- You can hide the search fields by clicking once again on. This gives you more room on the page to view the actual list. If the Smart Filter is active, it will remain active. Remember that the system always indicates whether the filter is active or inactive .
