Creating Cases

If you are using AudaPadPro with AudaPadWeb, the Event Log will show whether a case was created in AudaPadWeb or AudaPadPro. The log will also show whether a case action was performed in AudaPadWeb audapadweb or in AudaPadPro audapadpro.

  1. Click:

    - New Case or

    - New Coverage / New Liability

  2. Complete mandatory fields, marked mandatory arrow and enter any additional information as required.
    • In some configurations, the system will prevent you from using an existing case number for your new case.
  3. Click:

    - OK or Save to create the case.

    - Cancel if you do not wish to create the case.
