  1. Click Search Tree.
  2. Identify the vehicle by entering a VIN, KBA, AX Codes or by making selections from the Manufacturer, Model and Sub-model drop-down boxes.
  3. If you cannot find the vehicle you are looking for, click the All vehicle types option button and try again.
  4. Select the method you used to identify the vehicle from the Search Method drop-down box.
  5. Click:

    - Accept to return to the Vehicle Identification UST page with the vehicle selection.

    - Cancel to return to the Vehicle Identification UST page without the vehicle selection.

Notes:

- When you click Accept, the system will add the AX codes and corresponding labels to the Vehicle for calculation section and show the calculation kind as Normal.

- Once you have identified the vehicle, you can return to the Search Tree to make new selections via the Search Tree button. However, if you have already captured damage, repairs or servicing for the vehicle, you must click the Synchronise button to return to the search tree.

What should you do if you cannot identify the case vehicle using the above method?

It is possible that you cannot identify the vehicle using the above method. This is typically the case with vehicles partly or un-supported by Audatex. Refer to Identifying a Vehicle for a Manual or Phantom Calculation for information about what to do if this happens.
