If configured, you can set labour and paint rates in OnePad. You can use a calculator pad to enter labour and paint rates. Click here to read more about the calculator and keyboard pads.
- Click
from the Toolbar. The Labour and Paint Rates dialog box displays. - To set labour rates, click in the text field for the desired rate and enter a value.
➀ If configured, the system will prevent you from entering a labour rate that exceeds a specific threshold. ➁ If your vehicle is a caravan (manufacturer code 91) enter the labour rate in the Repair field, the price per m² for plain sheeting in the Plain Sheet Metal field and the price per m² for corrugated sheeting in the Structured Sheet Metal field.
- Select a paint method and enter a paint rate.
➀ If you change the paint rate set in AudaPadWeb (or similar application) or ID Block Code dialog box (51 for AZT or 81 for Manufacturer), the system will prompt you to confirm that you wish to make the change.
- Click:
- OK to confirm the rates.
- Cancel to undo any changes and close the dialog box.
Notes:
- If labour and paint rates are greyed-out you do not have the permission to set rates.
- If you change the paint system from Manufacturer to AZT, the system will replace ID Block Code 81 with 51 and assign the default value of 100%. If you change from AZT to Manufacturer, the system will replace ID Block Code 51 with 81 and assign the default value of 0.
- If configured for your organisation, when you enter labour and paint rates, the system will automatically select either hour or work unit as the rate unit.
- If configured, the system will warn you that your changes will overwrite any contract settings by displaying the following message: The changes you are about to make to the labour rates changes previously contracted values. If this warning displays, you must click Yes to confirm the rate changes. This warning will only display if you have selected a partnership in the Labour Rates page in AudaPadWeb or similar application.
