Searching the Lists of Other Users in Your Organisation

If configured, you can also search the lists of other users within your organisation. What actions you can perform on the cases returned by the advanced search depends on the configuration of the system.

1. Click Advanced.
2. Click Clear Filter to clear all fields from any previous search.
3. Enter new search terms.
4. Click Search to display results.
