Deleting Messages

If necessary, you can permanently delete messages.

  1. Navigate to the Inbox.
  2. Click delete button in the Actions column against the message you want to delete or select multiple messages and click delete button from the top of the list.
  3. At the prompt, click:

    - OK to permanently delete the message.

    - Cancel to retain the message.
