Capturing Vehicle Damage

Before calculating repair costs, you must first define the extent of damage and the repairs and servicing necessary. You can do this using a tool such as OnePad. Typically, the system forwards you directly to the damage capturing tool when you open the Damage capturing page. However, if you see the icon for the damage capturing tool when you open this page, you must click the icon to start the tool.
