System Requirements

Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.6.0_13 or higher is required for all PCs running OnePad. In addition, temporary files used by OnePad must be stored on your computer for optimum application performance.

  1. On your Windows PC, click Start > Settings > Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Java.
  3. In Temporary Internet Files, click Settings...
  4. Ensure that the Keep temporary files on my computer tickbox is selected.

Improving OnePad Performance

It may be possible to improve the performance of OnePad by increasing the virtual memory available to JAVA.

  1. On your Windows PC, click Start > Settings > Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Java. The Java Control Panel displays.
  3. Click the JAVA tab and View... The Java Runtime Environment Settings dialog box displays.
  4. If more than one product version is listed locate, the latest one by reviewing the version stated in the Product column.
  5. Click in the Runtime Parameters column against this latest version.
  6. Enter the following text: Xmx512M. Pay particular attention to the character case.
  7. Click OK > Apply > OK.
  8. Restart your browser for this change to take effect.
