Assigning Values to Multiple Standard Positions

In the Standard Positions tab, you can assign values to multiple positions. When doing so, you can use a calculator pad to enter or edit values in any of the fields. Click here to read more about the calculator pad.

  1. Click the Standard Positions tab.
  2. Hold down the Ctrl key ctrl key and left-click each position you wish to select.
  3. Right-click a row in the column you wish to assign values to.

    If you wish to edit or apply WUs to all selected positions, right-click on any row in the WU column.

  4. Click edit multiple positions Change Column Values: (Column name) from the pop-up menu. The Update Existing Standard Position(s) dialog box displays.
  5. Enter or edit values as required.
  6. Click:

    - OK to confirm.

    - Cancel to close the dialog box and return to the list.

Example: You wish to apply 2 work units to 3 of 5 standard positions. First, hold down the Ctrl key and left-click the 3 positions. Now, right-click any row in the WU column and click edit multiple positions Change Column Values: (WU) from the pop-up menu. Lastly, enter 2 in the Update Existing Standard Position(s) dialog box and click OK to confirm.
